Alliance Archaeological Services is owned and operated by Nikki A. Waters, M.A.  Ms. Waters exceeds the federal standard (36 CFR 61) for qualification as a professional archaeologist and has been accepted as a qualified professional by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.

Alliance Archaeology provides the full range of cultural resource management investigations, including:

Phase I:  background and literature research and field reconnaissance.

Phase II:  site testing and National Register evaluation.

Phase III:  data recovery and project impact mitigation.


Alliance also provides a broad range of public education and outreach programming.
